If you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply return the urn within 30 days of the purchase date and we will refund you the cost of the urn, less shipping, no questions asked.

We attempt to ship all orders (placed by 10am Central Time), the same business day from St. Paul, Minnesota.


Shipping Policies

Shipping is $8.00 for UPS Ground delivery for most products. 2 Day Air delivery is $20.00 while Next Day Air shipping is $40.00.  All orders are subject to credit card approval. In-stock items will be shipped the same business day for orders received by 10 a.m. Central Time, otherwise it will ship out the next business day (not Saturday or Sunday) from St. Paul, Minnesota. All items will be shipped via UPS Ground within the continental US, unless otherwise requested.

International shipping is available; please call 1 -866-719-0580 for details.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses is accomplished via U.S. Priority Mail. Simply choose the "UPS Ground" option and we will charge you the Priority Mail rate of $8.50

International customers are responsible for customs and/or additional fees (duty/brokerage fees) applied at the time of delivery. We take no responsibility for additional fees associated with international shipping. We use Postal delivery which usually provides delivery in 5-8 days at a cost of $50 throughout Europe and Australia.
