This web site provides access to several different pet cremation urns. Whether you are looking for vase urns, figurine urns, photo urns, or some useful links to pet loss resources, we hope to satisfy your needs. Our prices deliver excellent service and value. All orders come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply return the urn within 30 days of the purchase date and we will refund you the cost of the urn, less shipping, no questions asked. 

There are return policy exceptions for the jewelry products.  Engraved jewelry cannot be returned unless there is an engraving error.  Jewelry cannot be returned if ashes have been placed in the urn portion of the jewelry.

Backorder Policy

In the event that an item you ordered is backordered, you will be notified of the approximate delivery date.  You can then choose to cancel your order for a full refund or receive your order on the approximate delivery date.


Shipping Policies

Shipping is $10.00 for Ground delivery for most products. Most 2 Day Air delivery is $30.00 while Next Day Air shipping is $42.00.  All orders are subject to credit card approval. In-stock items will be shipped within 2 business days for orders received by 10 a.m. Central Time.  There is no shipping on  Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.  All items will be shipped ground within the continential United States unless otherwise requested.

International shipping is available for some products; please email customerservice@evermypet.com for details.

International customers are responsible for customs and/or additional fees (duty/brokerage fees) applied at the time of delivery. We take no responsibility for additional fees associated with international shipping.

We use Postal delivery which usually provides delivery in 5-8 days at a cost of $50 throughout Europe and Australia.
